This Agemba site template contains two Circles  – two units that a team or a department can collaborate within.

In this specific site, these Circles have been set up with two specific work approaches in mind: One Circle is set up with the optimal conditions for working the Scrum way the other Circle is set up with the optimal conditions for working the Kanban way. In general, the Scrum approach is often used for teams that work with development in an iterative manner, where the Kanban approach is used for teams that have workflows that reflect a more linear or ongoing production.

One example of a difference between the two is that the Scrum Circle has more estimation options compared to the Kanban Circle.

In the Circle Map of your Agemba site, you can always create more Circles to reflect the way your business is organized. Whenever you create a Circle, you can choose if you want it to include a template, (with examples of work already created) or if you want it to be empty.
