In the interest of transparency and constructive cooperation, it is necessary for team members to collaborate and communicate easily. The Comment function in the Story Card provides a convenient way for co-workers to discuss specific issues of mutual interest.
Comments and Notification
Comments are flagged in the User’s Dashboard and also appear in the Daily Digest which is emailed to each user everyday to highlight their assignments. The ‘@’ symbol followed by a user or team name within a comment, creates a group dialogue including all those mentioned. The dialogue is visible to all users, but will require those mentioned to specifically acknowledge having read the comments.
