Feedback List View
Feedback is primarily handled from the Feedback List view, which is accessed from the Main Menu.
In this list, all incoming feedback can be found and easily filtered using checkboxes to include Closed feedback or only include unread or the feedback assigned to my team or me.
Double-click on a row to update details or state of a given feedback item or continue the dialog with the client.
In the top right corner, you can get the link for the external feedback page by clicking the globe icon or view statistics for how you handle feedback by clicking the dashboard icon.
