The manifest is a custom description that should make sense to the users within the two circles and to the rest of the organization. It can be used to state the purpose, terms and function of the delegation relationship between the Circles or for any other purposes.
The manifest can be viewed from the Circle map.
The manifest is edited using the standard text editor, which includes support for images and links to attachments.
